Yesterday marked the opening match of my favorite style of sport... the tournament. Wrexham looked in control for most of the game and were able to pull off the victory versus fellow League Two competitor Mansfield.
Also this past week was the release of "Hand of Foz" in which the documentary series did a phenomenal job building up the biggest and most exciting game in National League Football history.

What. A. Rivalry. And what a game! Wrexham comes through with two goals in four minutes in the second half to take down #2 Notts County. And today we have one of their ardent supporters on the podcast, Luke Middup, to have a fantastic chat about the rivalry, the game, the documentary, and the future.
Jake also gives a much more general review on his idea of "The State of Welcome to Wrexham." Similar to the president's "State of the Union," Jake voices his thoughts on the strengths and weaknesses of the show as a whole.
